Tagar Computer Systems Ltd. regards making its services accessible to people with disabilities as a matter of principle and of law. We work to ensure that this website can be used by the widest possible audience, including people using assistive technologies.

Standard of compliance

This website is designed to conform to Israeli Standard (IS) 5568, "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines," which adopts the international WCAG 2.0 at Level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013.

Accessibility measures on this site

  • Full keyboard operability: all navigation menus, links and forms can be reached and operated with the keyboard alone.
  • Semantic structure: pages use proper heading hierarchy, landmarks and lists so screen readers can navigate content directly.
  • Text alternatives: informative images carry descriptive alternative text; purely decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technologies.
  • Color contrast: text and interactive elements meet or exceed the WCAG AA contrast ratios on both light and dark backgrounds.
  • Resizable text: content remains usable when text is enlarged up to 200% in the browser, and the layout adapts to all screen sizes, including mobile devices.
  • Consistent navigation: menus, breadcrumb trails and link styling are uniform across all pages, and every text link is identifiable by more than color alone.
  • No flashing content, no automatically playing audio, and no time limits imposed on reading or form completion.
  • Structured data on every page assists browsers and assistive tools in identifying page purpose and content.

Known limitations

Some historical project documents and third-party content linked from this site (such as external video platforms and scientific archives) are operated by others and may not fully meet the standard. Where we become aware of an accessibility barrier in our own content, we will correct it as quickly as practicable.
