We designed and engineered the software infrastructure for a mission-critical telephone communication emergency response center, built to operate under strict real-time reliability requirements.

The system coordinated multiple synchronized operator workstations interconnected via a dedicated local area network (LAN). The engineering process focused on managing low-level external interfaces to physical telecom lines, ensuring seamless hardware-software integration, and developing an advanced, high-efficiency Man-Machine Interface (MMI) optimized for rapid, zero-error operator execution during emergency scenarios.
